If you're just joining us, see Cristina's thread "Publishers & Patrons of the Arts" for explanation of what this is. The first promising-looking magazine I've found is called "Rosebud" and is subtitled "The Magazine For People Who Enjoy Good Writing." While not specifically Catholic, every story and sketch I've read in the current issue is well-crafted, well-considered, never unnecessarily vulgar. Most pertinent to us, they're open to submissions from new and emerging writers. Submission guidelines and more info can be found on their website: www.rsbd.net/

They describe themselves as preferring work "more like what might have been published 50 years ago." I was intrigued by that and also by the paper copy I saw (and purchased).
